TAMI OLSON CARRIE EYLER PHIL HARMON Boelter


The Boelter Companies, a distributor based in Wisconsin, has hired Carrie Eyler as its new director of private clubs. Before joining Boelter, Eyler spent more than 10 years at Interlachen Country Club, a renowned private family country club in Edina, Minnesota. Her most recent role was as assistant general manager, where she led food and beverage operations. She will remain in Minnesota, working out of Boelter’s Minneapolis offi ce. “Carrie’s expertise and passion for excellence align perfectly with Boelter’s commitment to elevating the private club experience,” the company said. “We look forward to seeing the incredible impact she will bring to our clients and our team.”

BSI, a Food Service Holdings company, has appointed Phil Harmon as CEO.


Harmon brings extensive leadership experience from the technical fi bers and commercial textiles sector to the FEDA manufacturer member company. Most recently, he served as president of Universal Fibers, a position he held since 2016. While this marks his fi rst role in the commercial foodservice equipment and supplies

sector, Harmon’s track record of driving organizational transformation and delivering business growth aligns perfectly with BSI’s strategic initiatives, the company said in a press release.

Cres Cor Dan Ellnor, an experienced foodservice equipment salesperson specializing in K-12 schools, has joined Cres Cor as its new central regional sales manager. In his new role, Ellnor will


provide sales representatives, dealers and manufacturers with expert training and product knowledge, driving market growth and expanding brand presence. His ability to uncover new sales opportunities and enhance product representation positions him as a strategic asset in the foodservice equipment industry, the company said in a press release. Before joining the FEDA manufacturer member company, Ellnor spent nearly two decades transforming


foodservice operations at Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, Kentucky. As assistant director of the Nutrition Service Center, he led a 68,000-square-foot food manufacturing facility; oversaw production, procurement and logistics for $32 million in food and supplies; and served 13 million meals annually. His tenure was marked by signifi cant achievements, including cost reductions, operational effi ciencies and sustainability initiatives.


Great Lakes Hotel Supply


Longtime FEDA member Great Lakes Hotel Supply, a dealer based in Michigan, has hired Brent Niccore as its new account executive. Niccore previously worked at TundraFMP Restaurant Supply for more than 21 years. Starting out as a returns manager, he moved up through the company, eventually reaching the position of business development manager. A Denver-area resident, Niccore will work out of Great Lakes’ location in Westminster, Colorado.


“I am eager to bring my expertise and passion to this new role and look forward to contributing to our clients’ success,” Niccore said in a social media post.


DAN ELLNOR BRENT NICCORE ROBERT BRATTON Marra Forni


Marra Forni, a manufacturer specializing in commercial brick pizza ovens, announced that Robert Bratton has taken over the role of East Coast director of sales and national accounts.


Bratton brings a wealth of experience to the position, having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and amassing 30 years of industry expertise as a corporate chef for various hospitality concepts. Previously, he was Marra Forni’s regional sales manager for the Northeast United States and Canada. Before joining the pizza oven manufacturer, his past roles included serving as the senior director of restaurant development and brand standards at HMSHost and as the regional sales manager and corporate chef for Irinox. “Over the past two years, Robert has showcased unwavering commitment, discipline and enthusiasm in his role as regional sales manager at Marra, making him the ideal candidate for this advancement,” the company said in a statement. “His dedication to excellence and proven track record make him a valuable asset to our team as we continue to drive success in the sales domain.”
