What problems does this product solve for operators? The Aerowerks Trough Waste Collector helps operators keep their dishes clean by removing excess food before the items go through a dishmachine. It collects food soil in multi-tiered scrap baskets that are designed to be easy for operators to clear out, while also offering efficient water flow and food waste management that lead to exceptional water savings. Once a dish is cleaned, the Aerowerks Blower Dryer comes in. Designed to be very powerful, it is the only free-standing, high-powered blower dryer in North America, giving operators more drying power without increasing their cleaning footprint.
What new features or innovations help this product stand out in the market? The Aerowerks Waste Collector features multi-tiered baskets with different-sized drain holes, which make it easier, lighter and quicker to remove and dispose of food waste on dishware. The trough feed on the waste collector offers
increased flexibility. It can be longer with a lower and wider inlet point and more slope and pitch than ever before. This combination helps move food waste down the unit faster and more efficiently.
Meanwhile, the Aerowerks Blower Dryer features a heavy-duty heated motor blower dryer with air nozzles on the sides to speed up drying times. Because the dryer is freestanding, it can be positioned after the dishmachine almost anywhere along the clean table, giving kitchen designers greater dishroom layout flexibility.
What current equipment or material trends does this product incorporate? The Aerowerks Waste Collector helps customers achieve water savings by recirculating water instead of using fresh water, reducing the kitchen’s environmental impact. Further, because it is reusing water, operators can lower the hauling and disposal cost of food waste. The Aerowerks Blower Dryer is similarly cost conscious. Its built-in smart sensors only activate the blower when racks are present, reducing the time active and saving on energy.
What information should dealer salespersons be sure to share when discussing this product with operators? Both products make dishroom operations more efficient, saving time and energy. They are powerful, heavy-duty and built to last with the backing of a solid one-year warranty. Additionally, both are UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed and NSF approved.
