Aerowerks Aerowerks, a manufacturer specializing in foodservice conveyors and waste collectors, has added two new business development managers, Lisa Addison and Edward Larkin.
Addison brings more than two decades of foodservice equipment experience to her new role. Previously, she was the national sales manager of consultant services for ITW Food Equipment Group. “Her deep relationships within the consultant community, coupled with her expertise in training, event planning and foodservice strategy, make her an incredible addition to our team,” said Sunil Kardar, director of consultant and dealer services at Aerowerks. Meanwhile, Larkin
has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering. His most recent role was as vice president of sales and customer development at Gates Manufacturing Company. “His extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations makes him a perfect addition as we continue expanding our market presence and consultant partnerships,” Kardar added.

Atosa Steve Hardy has joined Atosa as the newest regional sales manager for the FEDA manufacturer member. Hardy will lead the Atlanta
region for Atosa. He has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, having begun his career as a sushi chef at the Hilton in Austin, Texas. He continued to hold culinary roles until 2014, when he joined TriMark USA as a local sales representative. Since then, he has served in several sales positions, including as a national sales manager for Ubique Group and as an outside sales representative for Ellsworth Marketing Associates.
Boelter Companies Michael Raub has joined The Boelter Companies as the dealer’s new business development manager – education.
Raub brings more than 30 years of experience in K-12 and higher education to the Wisconsin-based FEDA distributor member. Previously, Raub was the business development director for K-12 at Elior North America, a global provider of catering services. He has also served as general manager of Metz Culinary Management

and retail and catering manager at Sodexo. “Mike brings a deep understanding of school foodservice operations,” The Boelter Companies said in a social media post announcing the hire. “His innovative mindset and passion for modernizing school dining spaces align perfectly with Boelter’s mission to deliver exceptional experiences for students and communities.”
BSI and Food Service Holdings
BSI and Food Service Holdings, a FEDA manufacturer member, announced several changes to its executive leadership team. The Denver-based manufacturer of food shield and custom servery solutions named Brandy Haskins as its new chief fi nancial offi cer. She brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic fi scal management and oversight, along with senior- level administrative and operational execution. Haskins most recently served as CFO of Brekhus Tile & Stone, a provider of custom stone and solid surface solutions. Meanwhile, Stephanie
Luros-Gilbert, a seasoned executive in the foodservice
and hospitality industry, was promoted to chief commercial offi cer. In her previous role as executive vice president of corporate growth strategy, Luros-Gilbert was instrumental in driving BSI’s business development strategy and strengthening its market presence, the company said.
Mike Crider was promoted to chief operations offi cer, advancing from his previous role as executive vice president of operations. A manufacturing leader whose responsibilities encompass production and engineering, Crider’s expertise in process optimization and supply chain management will be pivotal in scaling operations to meet growing customer demand, BSI said. Finally, Dillon Harper
was promoted to director of human resources. With a strong background in organizational culture and talent development, Harper will focus on aligning the company’s human resources strategies and overall talent composition to support continued optimization and growth.
