Empower the next generation of dealer leaders and strengthen the industry’s future.

What is DGAM? The Dealer Growth Accelerator Mentoring Program (DGAM) connects experienced dealer leaders with emerging dealership owners and executives to accelerate business growth. Over the course of one to two years, mentors guide mentees in setting measurable growth goals, exploring new strategies and overcoming operational challenges in sales and customer engagement, technology and business innovation, and operational efficiency and supply chain management.

Why Become a Mentor? As a DGAM Mentor, you will: • Share your expertise in sales, technology, operations, or leadership • Expand your leadership skills and professional network • Help shape the future of emerging dealerships • Stay connected to new innovations, ideas, and business models

What You’ll Do • Participate in an orientation and program kickoff • Lead regular, collaborative check-ins with your mentee • Use FEDA-provided guiding questions to spark meaningful discussions and problem-solving conversations

• Support your mentee in pursuing growth initiatives • Provide feedback to help FEDA refi ne the program

Mentor Commitment • Timeframe: January 2026 – December 2027 • Meetings: Quarterly at minimum (more if desired), plus orientation and kickoff • Focus: Listen, ask thoughtful questions, share insights, and guide solutions

Your experience, leadership and wisdom can make a lasting impact on the next generation of our industry.
