The CARE Act Continues to Gain Momentum


June and July were busy months for OABA Members and our partners. Thanks to the hard work, commitment and dedication of so many of you, our Fair partners and Concessioners, in early July we locked down over 50 House Members as supporters of the Carnivals are Real Entertainment Act – or the CARE Act (H.R. 1787). On July 3, 28 Republicans and 22 Democrats from 20 different states had signed on to the measure. We are also aware of several other Members of Congress


who have informed us that they have agreed to sign on to the 
