and external communications and has ex- tensive experience advising C-level officers and boards of directors on overall corporate strategy, communications and disclosure, crisis management, financing, and operations. She was Chair of the 2020 NIRI Annual


Conference. Bernarda is also a member of the inaugural class to earn the NIRI Investor Relations Charter (IRC)®.


Lisa Caperelli, Vice President, Investor Rela- tions, Arbutus Biophar- ma Corporation Caperelli has 20 years of experience leading the


strategy and execution of comprehensive investor relations and corporate communi- cations programs for various early- to com- mercial-stage publicly traded biotechnology companies.

She is the Immediate Past President of the NIRI Philadelphia Chapter.


Shelly Hubbard, IRC, Vice President of Investor Relations, Pentair Hubbard has more than 20 years of experi-


ence in investor relations, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, ESG and corporate communications with leading brands across multiple industries includ- ing outdoor recreation, performance and lifestyle footwear and apparel, financial services, healthcare, sport performance equipment, auto care and consumer data spanning from small to mega market caps. Previously, she was Vice President and


Head of Investor Relations at Vista Outdoor. Before that, Hubbard was with Nike in a variety of roles in FP&A and operations finance, ultimately leading to her role as Director, Global Investor Relations. In 2022, she was a volunteer member of


the NIRI Annual Conference Committee and developed two sessions for the conference. In 2020, Hubbard was a member of the NIRI Tink Tank: Artificial Intelligence in Investor Relations and joined a panel discussion on the topic during the virtual annual confer- ence that year. Hubbard earned the Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® in 2021.

Tink Tank on the Future of Investor Rela- tions and on the NIRI Annual Conference Committee. Sedabres is also the Immediate Past Co-President of NIRI Twin Cities and was selected to the 2019 NIRI Class of 40 under 40.
