he NIRI Senior Roundtable (SRT) was formed nearly 30 years ago to address the needs and interest of the senior-level members
in NIRI. While constantly evolving over many years, the SRT still maintains an informal, small group atmosphere of leading IR professionals who have been in the profession for 10 years or more. While the profession has evolved, the number of

Why did you join Senior Roundtable and what have you found most valuable? After gaining 10 years of IR-related experience and earning the lead role in my company at the time, I found that I needed a forum to discuss the most complex challenges facing our profession. In order to be a credible advisor to the executive team and board, I needed to have confidence that I was advocating for best prac- tices, tailored to my company’s situation. The Senior Roundtable is the perfect solution to keep me in command of the key issues in a rapidly evolving landscape of investor relations. I most value the attention to the most relevant current topics at
SRT events and the network of experienced and highly respected IROs I have built across a range of industries.
