Gwendolyn Cornwell, Esq. began as associate attorney at Brandt Law Group in September 2020. She has one year of experience in real estate and community association law, and two additional years of litigation experience. Gwendolyn represents both community associations and their members in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.


Paul Duffy is a Principal at RDH Building Science, a building enclosure  management services for their building exterior investigations, design  


Lisa Hanses is an Associate and Business Development & Creative Director  problems. Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS, is a President & Founder of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC. A former association manager, 2020 marks Karen’s 20th year in the community association industry where she now helps bridge the gap between associations and their reserve studies. Karen is a Past President for the WSCAI Chapter and serves on the  and traveling.


Mary B. Reiten, Esq., Senior Attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S., has  members, counseling them through disputes and, when needed, instituting litigation. Mary has been practicing law for over 20 years and is licensed in Washington, California, and Alaska (inactive). She tailors her services to the needs of her clients. Together, you and Mary will design a response oriented 


Jim Talaga, RS, is the President of Association Reserves, WA. Jim and his staff   Association Reserves, Jim worked with his father for a decade building custom  Legislative Action Committee for eleven years. He is a credentialed Reserve Specialist and serves periodically as a board member of two HOA’s.
