Solution based analysis is the focus of the partnership/ service provided. The assessment process produces a  order of magnitude pricing for budgetary impact. It also provides direction for when and how action should be taken to prevent catastrophic events.


Assessments provide direction for implementing preventative actions.


Analysis of information collected through interviews, site investigation and laboratory analysis of removed components is critical to forming a strong opinion basis and providing the client with a reliable system assessment.


Structural


Structural assessments should only be executed by  failure analysis and construction defect investigations. Not  this skill and knowledge set and may not be familiar enough with the necessary analytical tools and techniques, existing/ older structures, or root cause failure analysis. Firms should also have a strong understanding of corrosion and materials degradation processes.
