WSCAI Board of Directors President


Troy Brogdon McBride Construction Resources


is a member of the WSCAI Business Partner Committee and liaison to the Membership Committee. He has been active with WSCAI since 2006 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2012. Troy is the Vice President of Insurance Repairs and Damage Restoration at McBride Construction Resources, a general contractor specializing in all phases of residential and commercial construction (Insurance Repairs, Building Envelope Repairs, Special Projects, etc.) which performs over 1,000 projects annually. Troy’s primary focus is on insurance repairs for homeowner associations and condominiums. He has been in the restoration industry since 2000 and currently lives in Seattle with his wife and dog. If encountered, he prefers to be greeted with, “Hail to the Chief” or “Greetings Mr. President.”

and has been working in the Community Association industry since 1999. In her role at CWD Group, Inc., she specializes in the management of her team, mentoring fellow Managers, budget development, administration, and management of hi-rise, mixed-use, retail, and master Condominium Associations in Seattle and Bellevue. Alicia has remained on the cutting- edge of industry needs by maintaining strategic partnerships with business partners, and positive working relationships with Boards of Directors, Homeowners and Residents. She has been a very active volunteer for WSCAI, currently serving as President Elect on the WSCAI Board of Directors and Member/Board Liaison for the Outreach Committee. Alicia was recently awarded the WSCAI Community Association Manager of the Year award in November of 2015.

is a reserve study Project Manager at Association Reserves of Washington and has been working in the community association industry since 2001. She has been very involved in the chapter as a current member of the Communications Committee, previously serving as chair and co-chair. Karen is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Business Management, was previously the President of her own homeowners association, and serves as the volunteer community garden coordinator for the City of Fife. In the summer, Karen tends a large vegetable garden where she grows enough produce to can and freeze for use nearly all year long.

joined The Management Trust in 2014, and recently celebrated 10 years in the industry. She oversees a team of Community Association Managers. Chelsea has been a member of CAI since 2008, an Outreach Committee member since June 2012 and an Education Committee member since 2012. Chelsea lives in Issaquah with her husband Bob, daughter Gabi and Corgi dog, Rylee. She serves as Board President of Hunters Ridge Homeowners Association where she lives, so she can stay connected with her neighbors. She is honored to be elected to the CAI Board of Directors and looks forward to the new experience.

Amy S. Clements, ARM, CIRMS Community Association Underwriters (CAU)


is the Marketing Manager at Community Association Underwriters (CAU) and has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She has specialized in community association insurance since 2005 and involved with WSCAI since that time. Amy earned the Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in 2008. In addition to participating in many speaking opportunities with the WSCAI, Amy is a past co-chair on the Education Committee, served on the Business Partners Committee, is a current member of the Communications Committee and recently joined the Legislative Action Committee. In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling, wine tasting and learning to golf with her husband.
