APT welcomes a new Approved Center of Play Therapy Education! Congratulations to Southeastern Louisiana University Play Therapy Education and Training Site. In earning a designation as an Approved Center, the university demonstrates an offering of extensive play therapy curriculum to mental health faculty, students, and practitioners.

Free E-Learning Center Offerings


In response to feedback from the 2021 Annual Member Survey regarding the accessibility and affordability of play therapy training during the pandemic, APT announced the launch of a monthly free CE workshop! Beginning in February 2021, the E-Learning Center has provided free quality CE to all APT members, including E-Students. This Members only      unique access code for each monthly training is shared weekly in PlayToday.
