www.a4pt.org Staff Update
As APT membership continues to grow, so does the APT Staff! Meet Jaqueline Rosales and Michelle Horwege, the newest members to join the team.
Jaqueline graduated from Universidad De La Salle Bajio, Mexico, with a BA in Modern Languages and Intercultural Relations. She is a part-time tutor with a passion for teaching English and Spanish as foreign languages. She moved to Fresno aspiring to enter Fresno State’s Multilingual & Multicultural Education Master’s Program. Her goal is to teach linguistically and culturally diverse students
in demographically
changing schools. As the new Coordinator of Education & Training,
you’ll find Jaqueline reviewing Approved Provider and Approved Center applications as well as adding to APT’s E-Learning Center library.
Michelle Horwege
Michelle graduated from Cal State Monterey Bay with a BS in Kinesiology, concentrating in Health and Wellness. She earned her MS in Healthcare Administration from Cal State East Bay. Her experience varies from working in a call center for residential mental health treatment centers, to provider recruitment and credentialing at an employee assistance program, to being the clinical services administrator for a large organization of health care centers. Michelle recently
relocated to Fresno from the Bay Area with
her husband, 4-year-old daughter, and 6-month-old son. As the newest Coordinator of Credentialing Services she will be assisting the Credentialing Department with applications and much more!
After years of service, APT said goodbye to Continuing Education & Credentialing Administrator, Alex Jarrell, and Coordinator, Credentialing Services, Megan Dawes. Both were an integral part of the APT staff family and will be greatly missed. Although we were sad to see them go, we are thrilled that they will continue their professional journeys, Alex with her alma mater, Fresno State, and Megan as a clinical counselor.
