ABOUT THE AUTHORS


Cynthia Anderson, PhD, LPC-S, RPT, CSC, is an assistant professor of counseling at the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is also a licensed professional counselor working as a solo practitioner in tele-mental health private practice. She specializes in play therapy as a registered play therapist and currently, treats children/teens via tele-play therapy. anderson_c@utpb.edu


Priscilla Reyna-Vasquez, PhD, NCC, LPC-S, RPT-S, BC-TMH is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at St. Mary's University-San Antonio, TX. She believes in a collaborative working relationship building on a person’s strengths and qualities during the therapeutic journey.
