Every community associaon requires a dierent amount of cash in reserves to complete repair or replacement projects on schedule without special assessments or loans. How does an associaon properly determine and compile adequate reserves to fund necessary repair and replacement costs? By conducng reserve studies and updang them every three to ve years. Speakers at this program will review crical components of a reserve study to help your community insure there's enough cash to meet your capital needs.
