Every community associaon requires a dierent amount of cash in reserves to complete repair or replacement projects on schedule without special assessments or loans. How does an associaon properly determine and compile adequate reserves to fund necessary repair and replacement costs? By conducng reserve studies and updang them every three to ve years. Speakers at this program will review crical components of a reserve study to help your community insure there's enough cash to meet your capital needs.
