RECRUITING Connued from page 14

Managers, board members, and business partners all seek a common value that they can nd in membership with CAI. All want to develop skills, build relaonships, and enhance leadership abilies. Success in today’s marketplace relies on networking, educaon, and representaon at Federal, State and local levels. CAI has been the leader in providing resources for community associaons across the country for more than 40 years.

Every current member, in his or her daytoday operaons, has the opportunity to be an advocate and encourage new members to join CAI. Remember, every handshake is a prospecve member! Don’t be discouraged when a prospecve member says, “no”. You’ll get them next me!
