unbearable, knock on the neighbor’s door and graciously invite them into your home to hear exactly what you hear – they may have no idea how sound travels through walls, oors, and ceilings.
If residents are inmidated by their neighbor and insist that management or a board member intervene, don’t forget about geng the complaint in wring. Then you can follow up with a nice leer to the “oender”, starng out by stang, “We received a leer in our oce and are certain you would like to be aware of anything that may be causing concern for others.” Of course, they may not be, but it’s worth a try!
