Engaging Speakers Construct 2021 attendees heard from several engaging speakers and panelists throughout the three-day conference. Keynote general session speaker Steve Zahm, President – Chief Culture Officer of Procore, offered insight into how culture


drives business success. Zahm described Procore’s journey developing and scaling up a positive corporate culture to create a sustainable competitive advantage in the construction technology market. “If we can create a positive culture, we get employees who are engaged and who care about the work they are do- ing,” Zahm said. “If you intentionally invest more in your culture as part of your business strategy, it will continue to drive the business.” Capping off the opening session, Zahm
