featured below.


President Dina Kimble Dina Kimble is President and a Partner of Royal Electric Company, Sacramento, which she joined over 20 years ago starting out as a project manager. She has been active with AGC for several years, serving on the State and Executive Boards and as Chair and Vice Chair of the Building Division, on the CEF Board and as the Delta Sierra District Board Chair. Kimble was AGC Treasurer in 2018 and Vice President in 2019 before her two-year term as President-Elect in 2020 and 2021. Kimble served as a Governor ap-


pointee to the California Apprenticeship Council, as Chair of the board for ABC of Northern CA, on the board of the Western Electrical Contractors Association, and as a trustee for the Sacramento Construction Management Education Foundation and the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange Education Foundation.


President-Elect Steve Rule Steve Rule has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, including more than 30 years with Turner Con- struction where he is a Vice President and Construction Executive. Rule has been active in AGC of California for several years, serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the Building Division in 2018 and 2017, on the Executive Committee and State Board, as Chair and Vice Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area District Board, and as Treasurer for 2019, 2020 and 2021.


Treasurer Pat Kelly Pat Kelly is Strategy Manager for Califor- nia Operations for Granite Construction.


He has held several roles at Granite in nearly four decades with the company. He currently manages the company’s Midwest Civil & Tunnel Divisions and its Water Division. Kelly has held several leadership roles within AGC, previously serving as Chair of the Inland Empire District and the Constructor Awards Committee and Vice Chair of the Highway & Transportation Division, to name a few. He is a Past President of Boy Scouts of America – Nevada Area Council.


Vice President, Building Division, Brad Jeanneret, Hensel Phelps Brad Jeanneret is Executive Vice President of Hensel Phelps, overseeing the Pacific Division which consists of the Southern California, Northern California, Pacific Northwest and Hawaii District offices. He joined the company in 1996, rising through the ranks from field engineer to Operations Manager and Executive Vice President. He has been active in various capacities of AGC for several years, including serving as Chair of the Building Division in 2020 and 2021 and as a member of the Officers/ Executive Committee.


Vice President, Highway & Transportation Division, Ural Yal, Flatiron Construction Ural Yal brings decades of heavy civil infrastructure experience to AGC. Since 2019 he has served as Vice President and District Manager of Flatiron’s South- west Division, overseeing projects in Los Angeles and surrounding counties. Key projects in his portfolio include the Automated People Mover at LAX, the largest construction contract in the history of the City of Los Angeles, and improvement projects on SR-710, I-5, Highway 1, SR-210 and the new Redlands Passenger Rail Project, among others. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University and a California licensed civil engineer,


Yal earned his MBA at California State University, Dominguez Hills.


Vice President, Utility & Infrastructure Division, Jim Blois, Blois Construction, Inc. Jim Blois is CEO and owner of Blois Con- struction, Inc., Oxnard, which has been in operation for over 50 years. He worked in a wide array of positions at the com- pany before assuming leadership of the business in 2003. Blois has been active in AGC over the years, including serving as Chair of the Utility & Infrastructure Division. He was the recipient of AGC of California’s prestigious Contractor Achievement Award in 2018.


Vice President, Specialty Contractors, Greg Timmerman, ISEC, Inc. Greg Timmerman is an Executive Vice President of ISEC, Inc., where he has worked for over 32 years in all segments of its commercial construction business. He provides key leadership and oversight for over 500 employees in seven ISEC loca- tions, while also serving on the executive leadership team and board of directors. Timmerman has been involved in


charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Orange County and the Boys & Girls Club. Within AGC, Timmerman has Chaired the Specialty Contractors Council and served on the Executive Committee and the Orange County Board of Directors.


Immediate Past President Mike Blach Michael Blach has led Blach Construction for three decades, serving as President until 2017 when he assumed the role as Chairman of the Board. His long and active leadership in AGC of California has spanned 30 years, while Blach also is extremely active in his local community.
