• Discusses industry changes such as revisions to LEED or California legislation. Kavita Karmarkar, sustain-

We do not work for the same company, but we see the same changes happening in the industry. This sense of shared vision and community means a lot.” Another member, Lendlease Associate Sustainability Manag-

er Joan Gibbons, commented: “With our diverse representation of companies, we can leverage our range of sizes and project types for impactful initiatives like large-scale equipment or tech- nology pilot projects. I hope BASCL continues to inspire industry peers to embrace sustainable construction practices and drive market transformation.” For more information about BASCL or how to join to make an impact, go to www.bayareascl.com.
