entirely new campus on the original site, delivering over 30,000 square feet of new ground-up facilities and 24,000 square feet of heavy modernization to the existing space. By using a custom modular classroom design, the team was able to meet a strictly phased construction schedule and maintain full operations of the over 500 student campus. Otto adhered to a strict schedule,
pursuing seven different construction phases that allowed new facilities to be built while others remained occupied.

Safety was a top priority. An active partner with the school during construction, Otto’s collaborative approach and strong project management skills allowed them to overcome every challenge and deliver the project on-time and under budget. Also selected as finalists
in this category were Swinerton for “Coachella Valley Water District Critical Support Services Facility” and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for “Te Torrance Memorial Hunt Cancer Center.”
