Ashlee Radford was named senior vice president and director of treasury services at Old Missouri Bank in Springfield. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps to lead and grow the bank’s offerings available through its newly created Treasury Services department. Devon Angus was named treasury services officer. She has 14 years of industry experience, including eight years as a merchant services specialist. In addition, the bank expanded its residential lending team. Michael Frerking, senior vice president and director of residential lending, has nearly 30 years of mortgage experience, including eight years as president of a bank mortgage division. Tamra Dean, vice president and mortgage loan originator, has 21 years of banking and finance experience, including 15 years

Kevin Page


Kevin Page was promoted to vice president of corporate finance at Pony Express Bank in Liberty. Page, who joined the bank in 2020, and his sister, Lynsey Waldman, vice president of marketing, are the fiſth generation in their family to choose a career in community banking. Page has been working closely alongside his father, Scott Page, CEO and president, and his uncle, Tom Page, executive vice president, as they continue the


process of transitioning the 132-year-old bank into its next era of family- owned leadership.

She joined the bank in 2021 and previously served as a general manager and marketing coordinator for a premium meat retailer. Stephanie Moore was promoted to assistant vice president/internal auditor. She has worked as a teller, personal banker representative, cashier and internal auditor throughout her career. Before joining the bank in 2019, Moore had eight years of banking experience.


Todd Bullington


Todd Bullington was promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer/senior credit officer at Sterling Bank in Poplar Bluff. Bullington previously held positions as vice president of administration and senior credit officer. A graduate of MBA’s Banking Leadership Missouri program, he also has completed several of MBA’s schools, including the School of Lending, Graduate School of Lending, School of Compliance and


School of Bank Management. In addition, Bullington served on the MBA Young Bankers Leadership Division Board of Directors from 2014 to 2017 and has served on the MBA Legislative Affairs Committee.
