She was promoted to branch banker representative in 2018 and promoted again to branch banker specialist in 2020. Allison Kimes was promoted to assistant vice president and human resources operations officer. Kimes has more than seven years of banking experience and 16 years of HR experience. She joined the bank as a talent acquisition and management specialist in 2016 and was promoted to HR operations lead in 2019. Tori Morrow was promoted to assistant retail banking manager at the bank’s 312 W. Central Ave. location in Carthage. Morrow began her banking career in early 2019 and joined the bank as a branch banker associate in 2019. She was promoted to market branch banker representative and market branch banker specialist in 2020.

Steve Linton joined Mid America Bank in Jefferson City as executive vice president. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the bank and its culture as he works with bank leaders to develop and implement strategy, target operational efficiencies and evaluate opportunities for business expansion. announced several staff promotions. Regina “Gina” Meyer was promoted to senior vice president and serves as director of human resources and public relations. Meyer executes the bank’s employee benefits and compensation program, workforce planning, public relations and marketing. She also serves as board secretary. Luke Prenger was promoted to senior vice president. As the bank’s chief investment officer, he guides all aspects of its


investment objectives, policies and processes. Prenger previously served as a bank examiner for 17 years. Gary Rackers was promoted to senior vice president. As the bank’s chief information officer, he oversees information security and the management, strategy and execution of IT. Jake Taggart was promoted to assistant vice president and serves as the bank’s credit officer. He facilitates the production and underwriting of


commercial credit and ensures accurate documentation is produced that is consistent with loan policy, prudent lending guidelines and regulatory compliance. He has more than 15 years of banking experience. As compliance officer, Brenda Veit develops, implements and administers all aspects of the bank’s compliance management program. Veit, who joined the bank in 2015, also ensures bank personnel are informed and in compliance with laws and procedures. As operations manager, Kelli Wolfe plans, directs and coordinates the bank’s deposit and information technology activities and functions. She also oversees the bank’s customer service function and business services program. Wolfe has more than 15 years of banking experience. Nicole Rademan has joined the bank as assistant vice president loan operations officer. She is responsible for enhancing the bank’s core system and technology of loan products, process efficiencies, procedures, training and other responsibilities of the loan department. Rademan has more than 17 years of banking experience.

Wes Burns joined Midwest BankCentre in St. Louis as senior vice president of community and economic development. With more than 20 years of banking experience, Burns leads the bank’s expanded focus on supporting affordable housing, New Markets Tax Credits and other complex financing solutions. His work aligns with the bank’s five-year, $200 million investment in helping people in underserved communities buy homes, start or scale businesses and transform neighborhoods.


Wendy Dunlap was named vice president of commercial lending for OakStar Bank in Springfield. Dunlap has 25 years of banking experience, including positions in retail, collections, indirect lending, portfolio management and commercial lending.


Joey Orr


Old Missouri Bank in Springfield promoted Joey Orr to executive vice president and community bank president. He oversees the bank operations for Ash Grove, Buffalo, Carthage, Mount Vernon and Walnut Grove. Orr, who has 22 years of banking experience, joined the bank as senior vice president, community bank president in 2017.
