Cary R. Six was named chairman of the board for Adrian Bank. Six, who serves as CEO, has been with the bank for more than 17 years and has held various officer positions. Te chairman position was vacated by the retirement of Alan Marr, who had served as chairman since 2018. Marr, executive vice president, had been with the bank for 40 years. Debbie Umstattd was named a board director. She had served as board secretary since 2005. Umstattd, who joined the bank in 1982, serves as senior vice president and oversees loan operations and financial reporting duties. Christie Bunch, vice president, was named board secretary. Bunch, who has more than 15 years of community banking experience, manages compliance and operations. Danny Milligan, executive vice president and lead ag lender, retired Dec. 31, 2021, aſter more than 35 years of service. Milligan remains on the board.

TeBank of Washington promoted Phillip Kleekamp to assistant vice president of commercial lending. He joined the bank in 2012 as a credit analyst and was promoted to credit officer in 2019. Kleekamp is a graduate of MBA’s School of Lending and
School of Bank Management. Mark Degenhardt was promoted to credit officer. He joined the bank in 2017 as a credit analyst and has more than 15 years of banking experience. Degenhardt is a graduate of MBA’s School of Lending and Advanced School of Lending.

real estate lending in mid-Missouri since 2006. Heather Hagner, Kolby O’Dowd and Terra Roemerman were named mortgage loan officers. Hagner started her banking career at Central Bank in the 1990s and returned in October 2021. O’Dowd, who is at the Fulton branch, began his career in consumer lending in 2015 before moving to mortgage lending in October 2021. Roemerman has worked with customers since 2014 on their home purchases.

Community First Banking Company inWest Plains named Mark Sloan president and CEO, effective Feb. 1. Sloan has served as executive vice president and chief lending officer since 2016. He has more than 20 years of banking experience. Michael Hoff, who served as president and CEO, retired Jan. 31. His career spanned more than 47 years, and he spent the last 15 years with Community First. Kelly Slayton was named executive vice president/chief operations officer. She joined the bank in 2006 and has 37 years of banking experience in
deposit operations, human resources and marketing. Slayton has served on several MBA committees and currently serves on MBA’s Legislative Affairs Committee. Stephanie Scheets, internal auditor and BSA officer, was promoted to vice president of audit and finance. A graduate of MBA’s School of Banking, she has more than 27 years of banking experience. Tammy Moore was promoted to vice president of branch operations in Mountain Grove. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, the last 15 of which have been with Community First. Moore also has completed numerous MBA banking courses.
