Game-Day Green Chile Pinwheels

You can make this quick roll-up from Krista Marshall, Com- munity Table.com contributor and blogger at everyday- momsmeals.blogspot.com, the day before the big game, slice just before serving. In a medium bowl, stir together 4 oz softened cream cheese, 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles, 1 (2.2-oz) can chopped black olives and 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese. Spread mixture evenly over 5 (8-inch) flour tortillas; roll up. With seam side down, wrap in plastic wrap or alu- minum foil. Chill at least 2 hours. Remove wrap. Trim off jagged edges.
