October 29, 2024
Nicole Kardos, CMCA, AMS Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc., AAMC
We recently had the honor of hosting the annual PCAM Reception, a special event celebrating and recognizing the outstanding achievements of our Professional Community Association Managers (PCAMs). This reception brought together top-tier managers, colleagues, and industry leaders, to honor the dedication, expertise, and service of those who have achieved the prestigious PCAM designation.
The PCAM designation is the pinnacle of professional recognition within the community association management fi eld. Recognized nationwide, this designation is awarded to managers who have demonstrated exceptional skills, advanced knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in serving community associations. Achieving the PCAM designation requires years of experience, rigorous
coursework, and the successful completion of a challenging case study that addresses real-world issues in community management.
During the reception, attendees celebrated not only the accomplishments of individual PCAMs but also the collective impact of these professionals on communities across the Chapter. The event featured peer-to- peer networking and heartfelt expressions of gratitude for the role PCAMs play in enhancing the quality of life for countless residents.
To each of our PCAM designees, thank you for your commitment to excellence and for setting a standard that inspires others in our fi eld. Your contributions to community association management continue to make a positive difference.
