Perlick Perlick, a 107-year-old manufacturer of refrigeration, underbar, and beverage- dispensing equipment, has named Dean Nienhuis as president. Nienhuis has experience in strategy, operations, sales, and product development. Most recently, he served as president of SafanDarley North America and he was previously a major in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He is recognized for building high-performance teams and guiding organizations through accelerated growth.

TriMark USA TriMark USA announced two promotions and a retirement. Joshua Grung was named regional president for the Midwest, while Tom Fuller was appointed regional vice president of sales. Grung previously served


as president of TriMark Marlinn, a branch based in the Chicago area. He originally joined TriMark in 2019 as vice president of sales, following more than nine years with American Hotel Register Co. “I’m excited to continue

has retired from TriMark USA after spending more than 50 years in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. Gallins was president and


one of the founding partners of Foodcraft, a dealer based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After helping solidify the company as an industry leader, Gallins was instrumental in TriMark’s purchase of Foodcraft in 1999 and its transformation into TriMark Foodcraft. As senior vice president of sales and business development for TriMark, Gallins developed a reputation for building strong customer and supplier relationships, mentoring rising talent, and setting an example of grace and excellence in execution.
