He succeeds his father, Brian Flynn, who has owned and led the company since purchasing it in 1986. Following his retirement, Brian Flynn will continue to support the company as a senior adviser. Connor Flynn previously
served as vice president and has been with the company for more than 10 years. In that time, he oversaw purchasing, marketing, cash-and-carry operations, and strategic planning. His leadership has contributed to the company’s continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. “I’m honored to continue
the work my father started,” said Connor Flynn. “I look forward to building on our foundation.”
Alto-Shaam Alto-Shaam has appointed Brian Hageman as the senior regional sales manager for the South Central region. In his new role, Hageman
will be responsible for driving sales growth across the region by nurturing relationships with new and existing customers

and working alongside dealer, distributor and consultant partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, Alto- Shaam said in a news release. Based in Texas, he possesses more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice, beverage and hospitality sectors, including more than eight years at RATIONAL. Most recently, he was a national account manager at ITW.

Avanti Restaurant Solutions Juan Flores has joined Avanti Restaurant Solutions as the newest school specialist for the California-based distributor. Flores has an associate’s
degree in culinary arts and brings more than 15 years of experience in the
foodservice industry to Avanti. Previously, he spent nearly nine years at Chefs’ Toys, a TriMark company, and was an executive chef for Compass Group. His background also includes consulting, designing cooking equipment layouts, and developing menus for restaurateurs across a range of concepts. In his new role at Avanti,
Flores will assist schools with their commercial kitchen equipment and smallwares needs, helping create effi cient and effective foodservice environments.
Clark Associates Clark Associates’ John Lucente has moved into an expanded role as vice president of fi nance. He will now oversee the company’s treasury function in addition to its accounting, fi nancial planning and analysis, and fi nancial data systems teams. Lucente joined Clark Associates in 2022 as vice president of fi nancial reporting and analysis. Previously, he was the director of fi nance, architectural specialties for Armstrong World Industries, a manufacturer of ceiling and wall systems. He was also an analytics and statistics associate for United States Steel Corp.
