What problems does this product solve for operators? Our electric utility cart allows users to transport food supplies or equipment over inclines, uneven thresholds, and long distances with minimal effort. Whether traveling over thick carpet or across a college campus, the cart greatly reduces user fatigue and strain, giving staff more energy to work efficiently and effectively. Additionally, forward and reverse capabilities allow precise speed adjustments, providing users with customizable, comfortable control.

What new features or innovations help this product stand out in the market? The cart’s power-assist motor provides greater comfort and control. Meanwhile, the hot-swappable 24-volt batteries can be quickly changed out, enabling users to keep moving with minimal interruption. The batteries also allow for hours of continuous use and can be fully recharged in just 70 minutes.

What current equipment or material trends does this product incorporate? The cart itself is modeled after one of our most popular heavy-duty utility carts. It features three shelves and has a weight capacity of 700 pounds — more than enough to move around tabletop kitchen equipment or transport food deliveries to the kitchen pantry. Powering the cart up requires the simple turn of a key,

increasing security by preventing unauthorized use when not in operation. While in use, the cart can also be quickly turned off by pressing an emergency stop button to ensure the safety of staff. Featuring a stainless steel construction, the cart is dust- resistant and easy to clean.

What information should salespeople share when discussing this product with operators? Operation is easy to figure out with minimal training required. The ergonomic thumb throttle allows for precise speed adjustments that provide users with complete command of the path ahead. Setup is easy too, as the cart arrives ready to roll and fully assembled.
