Hoshizaki Alliance Hoshizaki Alliance announced two appointments to its leadership team. Deanna Marr was named vice president of human resources, environmental
health and safety, and general administration, while Troy Stenvold takes the role of senior director of IT operations. Both individuals are transitioning from Hoshizaki America to Hoshizaki Alliance, the Americas regional organization that encompasses Hoshizaki America and other group manufacturers such as Jackson WWS, Lancer Worldwide, and Structural Concepts. Marr brings to her new
role extensive experience in people leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence, Hoshizaki Alliance said in a news release. Her background supports the group’s continued focus on strengthening its workforce, reinforcing environmental health and safety practices, and advancing sustainability and administrative initiatives across its companies. Stenvold brings to the leadership team experience in manufacturing-focused IT environments and a strong track record of delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across multi-site operations. In his new role, he will lead Hoshizaki Alliance’s IT operations, cybersecurity, and end-user support. His focus will be on system stability,

Krowne Krowne, a manufacturer of premium bar systems, refrigeration, beverage dispensing, and plumbing equipment, announced two key leadership promotions intended to further strengthen its foodservice and plumbing divisions. Justin Minder was
promoted to director of strategic accounts for Krowne’s foodservice division. In this expanded role, he will continue to lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic accounts channel, with a focus on long-term partnerships, national opportunities, consultant partnerships, and sustained growth across key market segments. For the plumbing division,
Krowne promoted Owen Anderson to national sales manager. He previously served as Western regional manager for the division. In his new role, Anderson will oversee national sales strategy and execution for Krowne’s plumbing division and support expansion, customer support, and product category growth across all regions.
