Resort Reservations To guarantee your room, all room reservations must be made by Friday, Aug. 21. You may call 435-574-1234 to book your reservation. Please note, resort guests can cancel four days prior with no cancellation penalty. Inside the four days out will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night room and tax. Parking
Complimentary self-parking will be available for conference attendees and the hotel offers overnight valet service for $50.
Getting There Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) is located about 45 miles from the resort. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley’s recommended transportation partner is Snow Country Limo.
