2025 OABA Director-at-Large Reilly Berk is the third-generation President and CEO of Berk Enterprises, the nation’s lead-
ing supplier of concession packaging and disposable food service products. Founded in 1946 by Harold and Suzanne Berk, the company revolutionized the industry as the originators of the fair lemonade cup and remains a top supplier for fairs and festivals nationwide. Reilly joined the family business in 2013, gaining experience in sales and operations be-
fore becoming CEO. As of Nov. 1, 2024, Berk Enterprises Inc. is certified as a Woman-Owned Business. This recognition marks a major step for Reilly and for the broader movement sup- porting women in leadership and entrepreneurship. Now Reilly is bringing fresh vision while honoring the values that have been at the core of the business since its inception. Under her leadership and with the Woman-Owned Business Certification, Berk continues to innovate, offering high-quality, custom packaging solutions tailored for concessionaires. With a legacy of excellence, Berk remains the #1 source for concession supplies across the
country. 2025 OABA Director Jeff Otterbacher, co-owner of Otter’s Concessions alongside his wife Paulina, is a
third-generation veteran of the outdoor amusement business, mentored from childhood by his parents, Penny and Jerry Otterbacher, in their confection trailer. Operating over 100 events annually across Ohio and neighboring states, Jeff manages
multiple concession trailers serving classic fair foods and Dippin’ Dots ice cream. With 12 years of service on the Greater Ohio Showmen’s Association board and a current seat on the OABA board, he’s a proud industry advocate, balancing his career with family life alongside their three children: Nela and Elizabeth (7) and Oliver (1).
2025 OABA Director-at-Large Sara Ketcham is the Vice President and co-owner of Ketcham’s Concessions, based in
Douglassville, Pennsylvania. With a lifetime of experience in the outdoor amusement indus- try—she was just 10 years old when she started working in her parents’ water race game—Sara is involved in every aspect of the business. She has now been a dedicated member of Wade Shows for 22 years. Sara is passionate about preserving the industry by prioritizing excellent guest service
and creating positive experiences for all attendees. She attributes her success to consistent- ly adapting to industry changes while developing a strong support team, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.
Sara’s advice for young people looking to make a name for themselves in the outdoor amusement industry is to always
be the hardest worker: first one out and last one to go home. She has found that treating others well and approaching each day with positive energy makes all the difference on the road. “Find an aspect of the industry that you love. Learn how to do it well, enjoy it and give it your all. I really love what I do and that makes all the difference,” says Ketcham.
