On-the-spot meal prep for diners
Action stations can also include tossing a Caesar salad to order or making customizable fruit spritzers with fresh berries and other fruit for thirsty guests. One of our most popular was a s’more station that featured a cook assembling s’mores for the guest — roasting the marshmal- low in front of the guest with a butane torch. Action stations can open big possibilities for guest satisfaction in your dining room and be a
point of excitement for your kitchen staff. Action stations require a bit more training than normal, but the benefits are well worth the investment.
