sion and create a simple chart to give me a visual representation. Prompt 2: Act as an equity portfolio manager. What is the specific language that corresponds with the top five most negative scores? In Prompt 1, Lampf used the ChatGPT data analytics plug-in
that generated the chart shown in FIGURE 2. Ten in Prompt 2 he asked ChatGPT to assume a persona that generated some insights and alternate language options. “We all know stocks can move during earnings calls, so I want to anticipate that,” Lampf explains. “Tere are sentiment analysis tools out there including dashboards and heat maps. I’ve always found them interesting but am not always sure precisely what to do with them. Tey’re not proactive. “So if you upload a draft script into a secure AI environment,
it can provide more context and perspective and help you under- stand nuances. It helps us anticipate sentiment and consider what AI-recommended language we may want to use.” In the transcript analysis, Lampf also posed these two prompts
