Two SIR members to join the ABR Board of Trustees
J. Fritz Angle, MD, FSIR
Congratulations to the 2025 Match class
This year, the IR integrated residency matched 207 residents, making it the largest IR class to date. Since the fi rst IR Integrated Match in 2016, there has been a steady increase in both open positions and applicants.
After 2 years of IR and DR combining signals, APDIR and APDR have decided to separate going forward. Instead of sharing six gold and six silver among the two, in 2026 IR applications will have eight signals to use for IR integrated residencies.
