Hilary Bublitz, CMCA, AMS is the Association Director for Mill Creek Community Association, a 3500+ door community association in Mill Creek, WA. Hilary is a member of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee and is passionate about making all community associations the best places to live in Washington state.
Sandy Cobb, CMCA, PCAM, has been the onsite director for the Redmond Ridge ROA since 2012. Sandy has been in Association management for over 25 years and has earned the PCAM and CMCA designations through CAI. Sandy currently serves on the CAI Communications Committee.
Dick Crowe is the CondoCare Division Manager at RW Anderson Services. CondoCare is a customized preventative maintenance program that protects your condo and saves you money. The dedicated CondoCare team takes the headache out of building maintenance and makes life easy for association managers and condo owners to get ahead of problems before they become a big expense!
Janell Gonyea, CMCA, AMS, PCAMis an employee-owner with The Management Trust, and has served as the General Manager for High Point Open Space Association and High Point Homeowners Association since 2016. High Point was designed for sustainability and has one of the nation’s largest natural drainage systems. The community follows green landscape practices. She has a Master of Arts degree in international policy studies enjoys yoga and listening to music on vinyl.
Jeremy Newman, CPA, Accountant, PC (“Newman CPA”), which provides audit and tax services in 2008. Newman CPA has grown annually, and has provided audit, review, tax, special projects, agreed-upon procedures engagements to thousands of associations. Their clients include single-family developments, condominiums, mixed-use, commercial, large-scale, high-rise, senior housing associations.
Lauren C. Olson, Esq. is an attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor on the general counsel team. Her current practice includes a wide span of issues, such as interpreting, drafting and amending governing documents. She serves as a member of the WSCAI Annual Conference Committee. Lauren graduated from Whitman College in 2013, where she received her BA in Economics. In
Hunter Riley is a Building Forensic Specialist at Amento Group. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and attended South Seattle College’s Sustainable Building Science Technology program. Hunter assists Amento Group’s Construction Managers, Architects, and Engineers with building investigations, testing, photo documentation and reporting. He assists with the development of repair scope documents, analysis and resolution of construction claims, and oversight during repair projects.
Indhu Venkatachalam is an Architectural Associate II at Amento Group. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Master of Architecture degree, Indhu put her architectural skills to work in Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City, and now, Seattle. Indhu assists in managing, coordinating, and presenting design concepts and research to clients during project planning phases, oversees and assists with drawing set and project manual production during construction document phases, and provides support during construction administration phases.
