Party Time!

osting a large gathering can be a thrilling experience. Whether it’s a family reunion, a holiday celebration, or a special
milestone event, bringing people together creates memorable moments. However, to be an EPIC party host, you need to be mindful of a few key decisions before your party even begins!
Location, Location, Location!
One of the most important things that you need to consider after you have decided that you are going to throw a party is, where is this party going to be?! What location makes the most sense for your party? How much space do you need? What is the ”vibe” that you are going for? If you want to have a formal, black-tie affair with a seated dinner, dancing, and a live band, chances are your living room is not going to be big enough to accommodate that, so you will need to look into renting an event space.
If you are throwing a party for your 6-year-old who wants aliens and dinosaurs, and you know the neighbors under your aliens and dinosaurs chasing each other for hours, a park may be a better option for that battle of the titans! Or maybe you

want to host a night with your closest gals/pals, and the only things on the agenda are wine, carbs, and binge watching your favorite show; this may be an ideal party for hosting in the comfort of your own home.

Party at Home
Is it big enough? Think about the seating arrangements, both indoor and outdoor, and ensure that there is enough room for everyone to sit and move around comfortably. Is there enough parking? Make sure guests are aware of any parking restrictions in advance and include parking options in the invitation. Does your community have assigned parking? Make sure none of your guests park in another resident’s parking space. Your famous dish and hosting skills should be the “talk of the party”
