Rob Bingham, PMP, is the owner of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Everett, specializing in low-voltage lighting solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality. He and his team pride themselves on coming up with novel and elegant lighting solutions, while receiving high praise for efficiency and customer service. Rob makes his home in the Silver Lake area, with his family, and enjoys spending time golfing, cooking and traveling internationally.


Hilary Bublitz, CMCA, AMS is the Association Director for Mill Creek Community Association, a 3500+ door community association in Mill Creek, WA. Hilary is a member of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee and is passionate about making all community associations the best places to live in Washington state.


Maxwell Maloney has been an Associate and Technical Designer at Amento Group since 2013. He leads our Architectural Project Team during planning, construction document, and construction administration phases. Max performs the final review of drawings and specifications prior to bidding, manages the Architectural team workload, prepares proposals for architectural work and mentors the Architectural team.


Lauren C. Olson, Esq., JD, MBA is an attorney at Barker Martin, P.S. on the general counsel team representing community associations. As general counsel, Lauren helps associations navigate a wide range of issues, including governance advice, owner conflicts, repair and capital improvement projects, and enforcement of governing documents.


Mary B. Reiten, Esq., Senior Attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S., has significant experience representing both condominium associations and their members, counseling them through disputes and, when needed, instituting litigation. Mary has been practicing law for over 20 years and is licensed in Washington, California, and Alaska (inactive). She tailors her services to the needs of her clients. Together, you and Mary will design a response oriented towards litigation or mediation as the specifics of your case demand.


Stephen M. Smith, Esq. is an attorney at Sound Legal Partners, PLLC. He was strongarmed into writing an article for the Journal by Ann Hart, who has become drunk on power in her position as chair of the Communications Committee. Nonetheless, Stephen appreciates the opportunity to share his thoughts with the WSCAI community.


Joshua Strange is a Construction Project Manager at Amento Group with 20+ years of experience in building forensics, historic masonry restoration, and commercial waterproofing. He performs property condition assessments and forensic investigations, provides project planning and management services, and building defect analysis, construction dispute resolution and litigation support.


Jackki Vo, CMCA, AMS is the Director of Community Management & Move Coordination at CWD Group, Inc., AAMC. With nearly 20 years of employee engagement and personnel training, Jackki leads community association managers through training, collaboration and pin-pointing efficiencies. Jackki’s interest and passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion make her a perfect match for the WSCAI Community Outreach Committee where she serves as Vice Chair.
