Hello Chapter Members! WSCAI is hosting its Inaugural Annual Conference from April 19-21 at the Sheraton Grand in Seattle. This three-day event


 networking opportunities, and fun activities. Homeowners, property managers, and experts  wealth of knowledge and expertise available.

The conference promotes the values of sharing, listening, leading, and inspiring. It's a platform where participants can share their experiences and gain  to community associations. It's an opportunity to learn about homeowner rights, responsibilities, governing documents, assessments, and more.


Gain insights from over 100  community associations.


By actively listening to the experiences of other homeowners and HOAs, attendees can better understand the challenges and successes of community associations across the state. This knowledge can inform their efforts to make a positive difference in their own communities. Leading within a community requires involving all voices, sharing knowledge, and learning from one another to achieve success.
