Hilary Bublitz, CMCA, AMS is the Association Director for Mill Creek Community Association, a 3500+ door community association in Mill Creek, WA. Hilary is a member of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee and is passionate about making all community associations the best places to live in Washington state.


Greg Coxey, Esq., is a partner with VF-Law specializing in Community Association law, general counsel, general litigation, and real estate law. Greg’s years of legal expertise range from drafting and amending association governing documents to litigation involving construction defect issues, collections, enforcement, and injunctive relief. Greg has spoken at multiple Community Association trade shows and events, participated in legal forums and led Continuing Legal Education seminars.


Alexis "Ali" Ducich, Esq., is head of Barker Martin's Collection Department representing condominium and homeowners associations in Washington and Oregon. Primarly focuses in collecting unpaid association assessments (and related charges). Provides general counsel advice to associations including, but not limited to, drafting, amending, and enforcing the association's governing documents.


Melissa Guyott, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the owner of Ponderosa Community Management located in the Spokane Valley. She a true supporter of the Community Association Institute as a frequent contributor to the WSCAI Journal, educator, chair of the national Managers Council and a national hall of fame membership recruiter.


Ila Kane, CMCA, AMS, is a Community Association Manager at EMB Management, an Associa Company. She has been managing all sorts of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes in the PNW for the last four plus years, with a focus in the last two years on WUCIOA communities and new developments. She lives in the Seattle-area and loves baking and doing anything outside with her husband and her mini goldendoodle Kiwi.


Jeremy Newman, CPA, has audited real estate companies and  Public Accountant PC (“HOACPA”) has provided audit and tax services to thousands of associations in multiple states, including master planned, mixed use, age restricted, large scale, golf/amenity, and high-rise   consulting, audit and review, tax planning and tax return services.


Lauren C. Olson, Esq. is an attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor on the general counsel team. Her current practice includes a wide span of issues, such as  interpreting, drafting and amending governing documents. She serves as a member of the WSCAI Annual Conference Committee. Lauren graduated from Whitman College in 2013, where she received her BA in Economics. In 2017, she received her JD from Willamette University College of Law.
