I’ve been told I’m a bit of a “know-it-all.” If you know me… you know. I’ve been a part of the Community Association Management universe for over twenty years. I’ve worked in business development for a landscape company, been the HOA liaison for a local homebuilder. I had a pretty high opinion of the industry expertise I’d acquired. I had recently obtained my PCAM credential, loved the company I was working for and honestly, had no plans to

However, the universe is a funny thing. As soon as you say the word, “never” out loud, you’ve set into motion a string of events you cannot plan for. Call it fate, divine intervention or sheer insanity but, on a cold winter day in 2018, still a newlywed, I packed up my groom, dog, two cats and a POD full of stuff and decided to open a management company… in Spokane!
Then the snow began to fall… and it didn’t stop until April.
