In master-planned residential environments, you can expect to continue to see park amenities, nature trails, picnic areas, welcome areas, and outdoor areas for sport remain pivotal. Giving homeowners beautiful, manicured places to meet and relax or natural areas to explore.


Open concept lawns and gardens serve as a place for residents to gather, practice yoga, or learn from each other.


Outdoor spaces don’t have to be specifically designed for rest and play. An association garden can inspire residents to build community, while an ‘experience’ garden may be more focused on the intent of attracting more birds, butterflies, and wildlife. Planned community gardens are being explored, built, and enjoyed more within the HOA community.
