Hilary Bublitz, CMCA, AMS is the Association Director for Mill Creek Community Association, a 3500+ door community association in Mill Creek, WA. Hilary is a member of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee and is passionate about making all community associations the best places to live in Washington state.
Christos Argiannis, Esq. is an associate at Brandt Law Group. He has a diverse litigation background and uses his experience to aggressively represent our clients’ interests in their real property disputes and litigation. He represents clients on a variety of aspects of real estate and association law including condominium association and homeowners’ association governance, construction defect, and neighbor disputes, as well as fraudulent misrepresentation, boundary line, easement, and purchase and sale agreement disputes.

We are proud of our education program for boards and managers. Lauren C. Olson, Esq. is an attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor on the general counsel team. Her current practice includes a wide span of issues, such as interpreting, drafting and amending governing documents. She serves as a member of the WSCAI Annual Conference Committee. Lauren graduated from Whitman College in 2013, where she received her BA in Economics. In 2017, she received her JD from Willamette University College of Law.
Ruth Ingoldsby, CMCA, EBP, is the Director of Operations with Vote HOA association industry, Ruth was involved in association management vote management throughout the US, she is involved with business development and marketing where she presents both in-person and online to management companies, managers, committees, and boards. Ruth has a communications degree from the University of Illinois, holds the CMCA® designation, and is a CAI Educated Business Partner.
