As Senior Vice President and Habitational Practice Leader for HUB I strives to create new and advanced initiatives while continuing to provide a Fortune 500 level of service to all his clients in the real estate sector. In addition to developing initiatives for growth and retention, Greg monitors marketplace trends, opportunity, and risks, while proactively advising his clients on HUB-focused strategies in planning, tactical execution and operational delivery. Greg has been involved with WSCAI leadership for roughly 10 years, serving on two committees, chairing the Membership Committee, and now as a board member and board liaison to the CA Day Committee. Greg holds the CAI national designation of Community Insurance and Risk Management Secialist, (CIRMS).
Hal Hovey | Homeowner, Waterside Condominium Association
Hal has served on the Waterside Condominium Board of Directors for 15 years—as a member at large, vice president, secretary, and as president for the past four years. Volunteerism is forefront in Hal’s life. He’s a member of the City of Oak Harbor Salary Commission, Arts Commission and Parks Board meetings, as well as at City Council Meetings.
Allison N. Peryea, Esq. | Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S.
primarily serves community associations. Allison’s legal practice focuses on dispute resolution and providing general counsel services. She began practicing law in 2007 and has been practicing community association law since 2010. She has served on the WSCAI Communications Committee since 2012 and is a former editor of the WSCAI Journal. She presents regularly at WSCAI events and authors articles regularly for the Journal. Allison is a member of the Washington Athletic Club Board of Governors and 2nd vice chair of the Membership & Marketing Committee. She is a former board member of the Eastlake Community Council, practicing Spanish, and waking her cat up from naps for no reason.
Michelle Schlichting, CMCA, AMS | Condominium Management
Michelle started in the management industry in 2004 and has spent her entire career with Condominium Management. She started and multiple special assessments in her time in the industry. She is the proud mom of 2 amazing boys and a proud Marine Mom.
Jackki Vo, CMCA, AMS | CWD Group, Inc. AAMC
Jackki is the Director of Community Management and Move Coordination at CWD Group, Inc., AAMC. With nearly 20 years of employee engagement and personnel training, Jackki leads community association managers where she serves as Chair.
IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT Andrea Goodmansen | McLeod Construction
Andrea is a Co-Owner of McLeod Construction, and has been a WSCAI Business Partner member since 2005. Andrea has seen Managers and Business Partners. She served as WSCAI Board Treasurer from 2020-2021, and prior to that was a member of the WSCAI Business Partner Committee for six years, serving as committee chair for two years. She is proud of her work on the Business Partners spent in the garden, hiking, kayaking, and is always in the middle of reading a book!
