2024 WSCAI PRESIDENT Linda Hanson | Homeowner, Hawthorne Hill Condominium Association
served on the Legislative Action Committee for four years and the Community Outreach Committee. Linda currently serves on the Membership Committee and is a membership ambassador. She has also served on the Finance Committee and Communications Committee for four years and authors articles for the WSCAI Journal. She is honored to have been elected as the WSCAI Board president-elect for 2024. Linda has one daughter and two incredible grandchildren. In her spare time, she is watching them grow at record speed! Linda loves to organize, entertain, and walk for meditation.

Kristen is the CEO and co-owner of Agynbyte, a community association management company based in Bellevue. An industry veteran, her experience includes portfolio and on-site management of luxury high-rises, new developments, and historic buildings. budgets, and creating responsible maintenance plans. She partners with volunteers to “work smarter, not harder” through process improvement, consistent communication, and diligent document retention. In addition to the Board of Directors, Kristen is a member of the chapter’s DEI Task Force and former chair for WSCAI’s Managers Only Meeting Committee. Placing a high value on

Washington. Jill has been active in the WSCAI serving on the Business Partner and Membership Committees. She has served as treasurer of her condominium association for over 20 years giving her a great understanding of the issues and concerns facing board members and homeowners. Jill is a former CPA with a Masters in Taxation and has over 20 years of lending experience. Recognized as volunteer of the year, Jill combines her passions with board service currently serving on the Board of Directors of PAWS – Progressive where she can continue to support the community in a meaningful way.
