Paper Is Made from Wood, a Natural Resource That Is Renewable, Is Recyclable,


and Can Be Managed Sustainably!


In North America, paper is recycled more than any other commodity, meaning it comes from a renewable and sustainable resource and is itself renewable and sustainable. Benefits of recycling include:


Reducing greenhouse gas emissions of methane released when paper decomposes in landfills


Extending the supply of wood fiber


Reducing the amount of energy needed to produce some paper products Saving considerable landfill space


These features, combined with the North American paper industry’s advocacy of responsible forestry practices, certification, use of renewable energy, and advances in efficient papermaking technology, make paper one of the most sustainable products we use.


The paper industry adheres to respected third- party certification standards to ensure the paper you buy comes from sustainable forest sources. These include the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), American Tree Farm System (ATFS), and Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) standards.


THE SLEEVE MAILER


The Sleeve Mailer is a clever self-mailing format with a thumb pull and a sliding insert that pulls out to reveal the marketing message. This smart and interactive format is a great low-budget solution for engaging mail.


This folded piece is 18.06" by 7.5" unfolded and finishes to a 9" by 6" rectangular format. The insert is 8.875" x 5.875". This format is self-mailing, however it must be designed with certain specifications in mind. The address block must run parallel to the 9" dimension. Additionally, two tabs will be needed to seal the edge.

THE CIRCULAR ACCORDION


The Circular Accordion features the desirable zig- zag accordion folded format in a fun and creative circular shape. When opened, the effect is a row of connected circles, with lots of visual impact.


This folded piece is 26" by 5.5" unfolded and finishes to 5.3125" by 5.5". This format comprises five panels and is designed to fit within a 6 x 6 square envelope.
