CAI MEMBERSHIP Types and Annual Dues:
• Homeowners, Board Members and other Community Leaders ($125 for one member or $295 for an entire board up to 15 people!)
• Community Managers ($149) • Association Management Companies ($445) • Business Partners ($605) • Multi-chapter (varies by # of chapters) • National Corporate ($10,000)

Contributions to CAI are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. Please note that CAI Illinois Chapter estimates that 65.5% of membership dues received by the Chapter are spent on lobbying activities, and are not deductible as charitable contributions or ordinary and necessary business expenses.
