Bill Dobbs


Bill Dobbs, general manager of South Suburban Family Sports Center in Centennial, Colo., will present on “The Importance of Building a TEAM in Your Facility,” “How to Motivate Part- Time Staff,” and “How to Perform an Evaluation of Your Operations.”


Dobbs is president and founding member of the Rocky Mountain Rink Association. He has 23-plus years’ experience in arena operations. He served as general manager of AVM Industries, Inc., in Canoga Park, Calif. from 2005-11, vice president of operations at Polar Ice Entertainment in Phoenix, AZ from 1997-2005 and general manager of Iceoplex in North Hills, Calif. from 1993-97.
