programs, Jarmaine had access to support resources that helped him build a career and navigate through the real-world barriers that many people like him go through. “His story is just one of the many that inspired the development of an application like Workforce Manager, because, despite Jarmaine’s success, very real obstacles and barriers still exist for many individuals to accomplish what he has,”

Making a Difference Still in the early stages of rollout,
Workforce Manager is continually building its database as it adds new clients that currently include Hire LAX, Los Angeles World Airports, CityBuild with the City and County of San Francisco and a host of others. Te early results have been extremely promising, Hesse noted. “We have had fantastic results from the Hire LAX program among others.” As they continue to build out the program’s modules, Workforce Manager is on track for a full-scale rollout in early 2020. Te biggest challenge is currently getting the word out because of the unique nature of this technology. During LCPtracker’s Ignite user
