He is a Past President of Boy Scouts of America – Nevada Area Council. Kelly replaces 2020 Vice President,
Highway & Transportation Division, Clinton Myers, Myers & Sons Construction, LP. AGC of California thanks Myers for his dedicated service in 2020.
Vice President, Utility & Infra- structure Division, Jim Blois
Jim Blois is CEO and owner of Blois Construction, Inc., Oxnard, which has been in operation for over 50 years. He worked in a wide array of positions at the company before assuming leadership of the business in 2003. Blois has been active in AGC over the years, including serving as Chair of the Utility & Infrastructure Divi- sion. He was the recipient of AGC of California’s prestigious Contractor Achievement Award in 2018.
Vice President, Specialty Contractors, Greg Timmerman
Greg Timmerman is an Executive
Vice President of ISEC, Inc., where he has worked for over 32 years in all segments of its commercial construction business. He provides key leadership and oversight for over 500 employees in seven ISEC locations, while also serving on the executive
leadership team and board of directors. Timmerman
has over a decade of activity in charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Orange County and the Boys & Girls Club. Within AGC, Timmerman serves as Chair of the Specialty Contractors Council and as a member of the Executive Committee and the Orange County Board of Directors.
Treasurer Steve Rule AGC of
California Treasurer Steve Rule has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, including more than 30 years with Turner Construction where he is a Vice President and Construction Executive. Rule has been active in AGC of California for several years, serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the Building Division in 2018 and 2017, on the Executive Committee and State Board, as Chair and Vice Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area District Board, and as Treasurer for 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Immediate Past President Jerome Di Padova
Jerome Di Padova began his career
with Kasler Corporation before joining E. L. Yeager Construction Company in 1994. He continued on after Skanska bought the company in 2002, and is currently a Senior Estimator and
Labor Relations Manager for the Skanska USA Civil West California District. Di Padova has been an active member of the AGC of California since 2005 culminating with his position as President in 2019.
