INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Meet AGC’s New Labor Relations Team A
By Robert Dugan, Vice President of Advocacy and Public Affairs
s we evolve our Industrial and Labor Relations team to prepare for the next 100
years of AGC, our focus has been on creating a strong team focused on customer service and partnership with our member companies, as well as the labor unions that represent much of our workforce. At AGC we understand that a
healthy and constructive relationship between our contractors and their labor force strengthens the industry and allows contractors to focus on building California. We are committed to being the go-to labor relations resource to help manage labor partner relationships and thrive in a bargained human resources environment. Our new team is committed to help
our members by providing guidance, leadership prior to, during, and after contract negotiations and collective bargaining, and leveraging the collective relationship of our members and craft partners to manage relation- ships with the labor community. Together we know that as we
build California, the strength of our construction industry is dependent on this strong partnership. As we move forward, we wanted to
introduce you to the team and give you a sense of the strengths we bring to the table to serve you.
